I don't understand how I ever slept indoors the quiet I feel like I am gonna drown in it I have to have music on or a window open.

A lot of nights I have been sitting in a chair in the back yard I sleep better out there.

I am grateful for all these things and conveniences of having a home like I have a kitchen and I can shower any time it's great, but my entire routine is gone and now I often don't know what to do with myself.

I miss all my friends more than anything. Even on the days that I make my way over to the park where I would stay almost everyone is gone. People either are getting housing or moving to other areas or going into shelters or just getting arrested.

Before it was like I was always out to play and have fun just all the time entirely weightless with no responsibilities. Now I'm tied to this location and the belongings I have stored at it and the people I live here with.

I'm grateful but it's so different and in a lot of ways I feel like I've sacrificed what became a lifestyle that I really grew to appreciate and am so lucky to have experienced the way that I did.

Can't take anymore I'm leaving and going back to the street only place I belong

I don't want to be safe anymore I want for everything to stop but it won't

Like you didn't link the video but I think these awards are intended purely to be incendiary to draw takes like this. Similarly how when they awarded Palworld best Early Access game some guy from Limited Run presenting it made a dig about it usurping Pokemon. The aim of the video was clearly to upset targeted groups of people.

These awards purposely targeted my wife and tried to drive harassment to her so I really do not look kindly on anyone running defense on them.

He's never going to be a full-throated bigot or whatever, but he's always been conservative in his worldview and has always surrounded himself with reactionaries, assholes, racists, and various other shades of terrible person. He hasn't evolved as a person since the late 90s/early 00s and the best defense you can come up with him is that he just doesn't really care either way about anything.

But it's a lay down with dogs, get up with fleas kind of situation: even if he doesn't personally hold terrible views (which I don't think we have strong evidence of either way, but that we can infer are at least, again, vaguely conservative), he's extremely tolerant of terrible views, and that's essentially as bad. Particularly when he does have a platform and continually chooses to platform those people and lend his support to them.

I think that's what's happening here, the parasocial relationship. People are finding it hard to acknowledge that James could be involved with right wing extremists (this awards show isn't the first time, it's just the latest in a pattern of collaborations) throughout his career and so they infantilise him or defend by saying he didn't say any outright slurs or was outwardly bigoted like others, so they can stop this image they have of him in their head from being shattered.

I've read about long term homeless who ended up back on the streets because they couldn't handle the responsibility of keeping a home. Isolation was also another main factor. What I've never read though is a long term homeless describing their life on the streets as a fun filled, care free Red Dead Redemption style adventure. So yeah. I'm calling bullshit.
