Perhaps unsurprisingly, young adults who watched loads of ADHD content were far more likely to have overestimated the prevalence and severity of “symptoms” in the general population.

Maybe if we normalise calling people autistic as an insult, it will have a certain level of social stigma that would stop this?

I've been reading Daily Mail headlines about UK schools giving those for years now. There was like a great big one about how they were having to deprogram all the kids from Andrew Tate just a couple years ago. I forget the one before that, probably Skibidi Fortnite or something.

Like most extremism, people like Tate have the biggest appeal to guys who are, or think of themselves, as huge losers. Like here's a guy who suddenly has all the answers for you, who tears you down and then builds you up. So all the "well actually misogyny is bad" is something I don't see influencing kids at all. 

Not like I have all the answers either but I'd say you need to find a way for these guys to feel appreciated in a community again. Branding them as potential little murderers when they're just 13 probably does the opposite of that
