International Politics
Like United States politics but with non-Americans
It's only a tiny sliver of the left who are actively and avowedly tankie/trot pro Hamas.

The vast majority of normal people are low information and respond emotionally to what they rightly see as bullying, creepy and torturous behaviour of the Israelis on a regular basis. The algorithms heard everyone's sources together into talking points and since every idiot likes to have their say on the moral topic of the day you tend to hear more extreme voices and less unqualified motions of sympathy.

However I disagree with the premise that the left is homogeneously pro Hamas or trending antisemitic. There are far bigger problems with that at scale in conservative and reactionary circles, they're just more experienced in the field and have learned to keep quiet about it for the most part.

More belt and road misery

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-66981742.amp

Quote:China has become the largest creditor and a crucial source of investment for many developing countries since the BRI's inception and many of Pakistan's neighbours in South Asia are now finding themselves in the crosshairs as it evolves.

"Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh saw the BRI after 2013 as an opportunity to diversify options and attract much needed imports and investments to modernise their economies," said Constantino Xavier, fellow in Foreign Policy and Security Studies at the Centre for Social and Economic Progress in Delhi.

"Today, however, the grass is looking less green... in Nepal, China has begun to interfere in political affairs; in Sri Lanka, China has converted unsustainable infrastructure investments into long term leases impinging on sovereignty; and in Bangladesh it is becoming apparent that China's promised grants are in effect costly loans."

*Sunak hugs Bibi*
"Bibi! How are you mate, these rockets are kind of crazy innit?"

*Sunak to a homeless Palestinian teenager at a refugee camp*
"So how does a bright young man like you feel about the future, any good investment opportunities you're looking at right now? Nvidia is doing wild numbers right?"

*Sunak to the press*
"What the people want instead of elections is for me to arrest Jeremy Corbyn"

*Sunak [slightly intoxicated] speaks to an Israeli girl at the airport*
"I'm going to make sure that you can go to a rave again soon love, ever been to London? [gives her a kiss, which turns into a front page scandal]"

Is there any table which shows how each of those countries generates their electricity? What is their primary source?

There are currently 9 Tory MPs suspended or had the whip withdrawn because of some kind of sex crime investigation

You don't need a degree in statistics to understand that is a curious number
