From what I gather, it’s a conservative debate guy and Vivek R(spell check) on a college campus fielding questions. She’s a random college student. Longer clip has her constantly pulling up her pants and fidgeting after Vivek interrupts the conservative debate guy doing typical hack “u r dumb lib” bit. She was prepared to counter with “no u r dumb nazi”. Instead, Vivek asked her to name a Republican policy she’s against. She struggles and lands on gay issues, but doesn’t know anything about it. Maybe she was playing 4D chess. Mostly seems like a dim college student who thinks they’re smarter than they are, and folds too easily.

Vivek is doing these weird TED talk like appearances, where he looks for 'solutions' and 'common ground' to solve problems. Probably closest to a "Greek forum" in the political sense.

It seems to resonate well, people are saying: "why won't our local city council/board/representative whatever listen to us and talk about our issues."

Now of course the jury is still out if it will actually solve anything.
