Capitalism needs to be dismantled. Every single person is creative, everybody is an artist. It is absurd that we have allowed corporations to rob us of this birthright, assert themselves as the gatekeepers of talent, commodify art and charge the rest of us to see it. It's so strange to me that people will write this kind of stuff and conclude "and that's why we need socialism, where one corporation owns everything and asserts themselves as the gatekeepers of everything."

If everyone is busy making art in the communist commune, who is gonna fix the toilets when they break? How many artists does it take to fix the plumbing?
