A guy drove out of town to my local Walmart and targeted Mexicans and he killed 23 people. He's still on trial 5 years later on various murder charges. He has a manifesto calling Mexicans terrible things and he was motivated by Trump. That was not enough for it to be considered terrorism.

A Texas man was sentenced to 90 consecutive life sentences in prison for carrying out a mass shooting at the Cielo Vista Walmart in El Paso, Texas, on Aug. 3, 2019, killing 23 people and injuring 22 more.
