I think there's a pretty blatant difference between the conspiracy theory alleging a single foreign guy runs the entire government (and more) including much of the court system and law enforcement from the shadows for sinister purposes and an idiot complains on his public Twitter account and other idiots go "he's got some good points" from time to time. But I'm not surprised they're lost on you.
