It's from Baldur's Gate.
Fine, I'll bite - this is what that would look like "in a modern game":
Quote:Lady Marxista (They / Them)🌹🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈
Requesting #mutuals for 6000 gold to pay my rent because my fash colonizer gentrifier parent landlords refused to accept ownership of my emotional support dragon
- Yaaaas, go off queen! I see you and you are hecking valid
- This you? (USE 9 YEAR OLD MANUSCRIPT FRAGMENT)
so I think this IS the way it would be written in a modern game, meaning it's not in the original
Beamdog had done a "sensitivity pass" over the game and added/changed various things
the Baldur's Gate wiki makes no mention of this second dialogue line about "don't we need men to survive," which is probably just an opportunity for her to criticize the player and spread feminist ideals
the quest is straightforward, she asks you to rescue a nymph and all you can do is agree

reminder that Beamdog was in hot water for their modern BG expansion Siege of Dragonspear where they put in a trans character who immediately outs herself to the party, and trans people were freaking out because the whole point of being trans is to be stealth and nobody ever realizes you're actually trans, you would never just tell strangers
