A lot of the postings in this thread really have me on the edge of making an OT-thread about "When is wealth unethical?". So many people casually spending 2000 bucks on a GPU, talking about upper limits of 2500 or 3000 bucks. And meanwhile so many people in the world are starving. Yes, I know that's always true, but at these prices for what's supposed to be a mainstream product, I can't help but have these thoughts.

I also disagree that "spending a few grand on your hobby" on a regular basis is normal. It's normal among certain circles of people, but absolutely not among most people.

Didn't this dude just post about buying some stupid ass handheld despite being broke and we had the horrible crime of another member mentioning it? EVERYONE NEEDS ESCAPISM
