So, essentially I'm a lodger and my live in landlady is fun, she states she's not wanting a relationship and I'm not her type but there's a lot of mixed signals

- Before I moved in

- After I had preliminarily agreed to move in she said "Good, because out of everyone on that website you were the only person I was interested in having in my house"
- I went over to sign contracts and then she opened some wine, put on some chill music and we got to know one another on her couch, after our second bottle she filed down my nails, painted them and when I got too drunk to go back home, she even lent me her spare pyjamas, and we wore beauty masks, watched TV and ate chilli together, she cleared the room I'd be sleeping in and I slept in the bed there, nothing too odd, in fact incredibly sweet
- Then after she messaged me to say that she told her parents all about me and she can't wait to have us all eat dinner together and meet them
- And then when I said I "I can't wait to move into your house" and then correct and said "no, our house" she replied with a throbbing heart emoji

Anyway since moving in:

- We kiss including with tongue, not super regularly but it's not just one and done deal
- We dirty dance to the point her legs are wrapped around mine and our crotches rub against one another
- We cuddle, a lot, to the point she misses my closeness and demands cuddles from me and one time did a happy dance because she got a cuddle from me when we hadn't cuddled in a week, we've even ended up cuddling together half naked in her bed once, she's happy with me caressing her thighs
- She spanks me, I spank her
- She 'jokes' about keeping me forever
- We pick out furniture together for "our" home and discuss interior decorating choices
- I have indeed met the parents now and they love me
- We call one another babe and darling all the time, occasionally she'll say "honey I'm home!" entering our apartment, although not in front of her parents
- She's taking me on holiday abroad and we're sharing a hotel room / bed together
- She's teaching me Greek and the first phrase she taught was "I love you" and now encourages me to say it to her
- She is going to put up framed photos of us together in "our" home
- She wrote me a list of everything she loves about me for my birthday, in which she showed me early because she couldn't wait until my birthday

Now I'm not really asking or looking for more with her, and I wasn't expecting any of this with a landlady, and I'm happy to keep things just as friends even though I'm incredibly jealous of how hot she is, even though she's told me I don't need to be jealous because I too am "objectively hot", this isn't a moaning about things not going further.

I really like her and I'm happy with our friendship, I'm not femcelling here, I'm just wondering, this is like just what regular women do when they're roommates and it's totally normal right? Like totally what best buds do?

Like I feel this may potentially be a case of mixed signals or me just not being used to having a "platonic" roomate, this is my first "two women living together" situation so I'm not sure what counts as normal roommate behaviour and what's odd roommate behaviour?

Like I'm not complaining here, I just can't shake the feeling that she actually might feel something beyond friendship? Or she's just an incredibly friendly landlady?

Personally I'm happy just chilling and not pushing things further and just remaining "good friends" like I have no massive desires to have sex with her, not to say I wouldn't in a heartbeat if she asked. But I'm just happy having company of someone I get along with so well, we both agree it's like we've known one another for decades.

Yet something tells me that this isn't standard issue landlady tennant "just friends" behaviour....🤔

Absolutely not a troll thread just seens that I don't even have sex in this particular situation and I'm getting more action than a lot of people on this forum which they seemingly find impossible 😂
