I assumed they did. This whole thing feels like a nothingburger that was set up to create good press for Trump while Mexico and Canada roll their eyes and get on with their lives without trade being fucked.

Era's been having shitfits about four more years of trump, and has completely forgotten that huge amounts of the first term were exactly this song and dance.

Trump: 

I mean, still sucks but it also sucks how ERA has forgotten about it. No wonder why he won.
