I actually listened to the podcast yesterday. The Exec left A-B a few years before Dylan Mulvaney incident so it wasn't really an inside view.

He had interesting stuff to say but i couldn't stand the host. Just fast forwarded whenever I heard the host's voice.

I've never been an "ESG is ruining business" person and there was foo much of that and not enough about A-B for me.
 

Edit: correction: It was actually another dudebro podcast I listened to. Exec's hustling promoting his book.

The one interesting thing I heard him say and the reason he left A-B was he had a collaboration for Bud lined up with some 'murica coffee company that was squashed because the coffee company's values weren't in line with the ~2021 progressive zeitgeist.

That probably wouldn't have damaged the brand like Mulvaney did
