i was always told that freedom of action does not mean freedom from consequences

 

just keeping it to the realm of sports there are countless rules that prevent the freedom to do whatever the fuck

as a normal man you can't simply join a women's team and dominate them, "oH bUt I tHoUgHt We HaD fReEdOm"

you can't suddenly declare a rule change in the middle of the game that arbitrarily gives your team 100 points, "oH bUt I tHoUgHt We HaD fReEdOm"

you can't bring clubs and beat the other team half to death before the game, "oH bUt I tHoUgHt We HaD fReEdOm"
