Overall I think he just slides into their DM when others won't, they reply when they usually wouldn't (who wouldn't reply to Elon Musk?) and when they do decide to hear him out IRL he convinces them of his grand vision for the future and saving humanity from extinction.
Some type of "Our child will inherit the stars" kind of thing with the addition of not having to work ever again.
It's some kind of forbidden fruit taboo story that gets their mind racing and then there is of course all the other women that came before that never said a bad word about the experience, leading them to believe that he is quite skilled and has autistically mastered pleasing the female body or some such.
