It's some kind of forbidden fruit taboo story that gets their mind racing and then there is of course all the other women that came before that never said a bad word about the experience, leading them to believe that he is quite skilled and has autistically mastered pleasing the female body or some such.
Grimes may be the type of Twitter weirdo that Elon is, same with this woman, but none of his other women have been. One thing they all had in common is spending personal time with Elon. You can also gather this from Tesla's vague warnings about assigning women to Elon.
