People want it banned by technical means because if you look at other threads it's obvious people will just not do it so they want to force it.

I've seen this discussion in several OTs i'm part of and there are certain areas where you can't just link other sources because all translations happen on twitter and no one is gonna go through the trouble and translate shit by themselves.

You effectively have one part of the community trying to force it on everyone while another part just does business as usual.

this is a hell of a slide from "critical organizing platform for life-threatened LGBTQ+ genocide victims".
