Lawn owner:   "Man, clean up your mess, please!"

USAian: "You should clean up your own damn mess, foreigner! You wouldn't like what the Chinese will do to your lawn."

Except in this scenario, USAian shits on guy's lawn that's been protected by a fence built and paid for by USAian since WWII. Europe lived on Uncle Sam's credit card for defense, then cries when we shit on the lawn. They wouldn't have a lawn for us to shit on if we didn't pay for the damn fence, lawn mower and fertilizer. 

Yeah, but no.
In this scenario the USAian only wants to spend money on the fence because it owns the fencemaking company.
The rest of its homeowner association fees that covers maintaining the lawn in general its been consistently negilgent on spending its share on for fucking years now.

the HOA in this case is the UN. Pay your fucking membership dues, then talk about 'free rides'.
