The boys most at risk are the ones without a father or a father that's not involved. I think as societies we could do more.

This reminds me of a Boys and Girls Club of America ad. The commercial said "X% of young boys grow up without a mentor." 

A mentor! Like, damn, these kids are so fatherless that we can't even use the word in a sentence!
