So it sounds like, to at least one of the accusers, his DM shows that was consensual unless you buy the “Power Dynamics” BS. 

Pervert behavior, but not illegal.  

It just kills me that he tried the  “I’m sorry if I did hurt anyone, I m going to be better.”   

Nobody buys that shit and usually it means that you acted like a pig.

I keep saying it, but the best way to deal with this shit is to STFU.

Also, bad sex =/= non consent.
