While I think that voting for Trump because Trans shit and DEI is stupid, the Trans stuff is still a silly thing to stand behind in the leftist/liberal space.
LGB advocates should really, really, take a look at the state of the community and just not let George Takei parrot outdated talking points from a community that behavior and ideology has changed for the worse. Maybe they feel is a slippery slope to let them be eaten by the wolves, but they are also an easy bogeyman for the right and Trump.
