Why are they always disabled with ADHD or apparently AuDHD (whatever that is)

Edit: AuDHD Doesn't mean Autstisic-deficit/hyperactivity disorder..... ?

Since getting an ADHD diagnosis is pretty easy, it's probably the only real diagnosis they have that sounds better than just being diagmosed with crippling laziness

EDIT: the real answer is they don't have a doctors diagnosis. They gov would put them on disability if they had a real shot at it. I'm disabled too but the gov actually pays me because I went throught doctors and court to get it. Like we are supposed to.
