This. Can't tell if Echoes made two duplicate threads in a row because he had a memory lapse, or because he's trolling the limits on how annoying he could be, knowing Ree wouldn't action one of their most idealized users.

He is mentally ill and I suspect that his online social circle encourages his behavior while laughing behind his back. A lot of his rants and threads screams early days Chris Chan.
