To be fair, the owner is a bit of a loon; a mutual friend suggested to her that I could help with running certain parts of her business online, but she apparently only wants female staff too, regardless of their position, be they remote-working or otherwise.

Nothing wrong with it of course (well, maybe legally speaking there is lol), there are plenty of businesses that do it and I’ve dealt with several over my career.
