I mean I guess you could try to find Japanese voice actors with no accent but that seems pretty racist to refuse to hire a voice actor because their voice isn't English enough for your liking.

Arguing that English proficiency is a racist requirement for an English VA role is certainly a take. 
Also, I guess the sub for the latest Yakuza games is now actually problematic because they hired a lot of Asian American actors but also some people of other races here and there.
