Making the oligarchs even more rich/influential by scooping up more market control while shit is cheaper.

Make things cheaper for the ultra rich to buy and when the market recovers they're more ultra rich while the rest of us are just trying to figure out how to make it to tomorrow.

Why they keep pushing this?

Almost all of the "wealth" of the ultra rich is tied up in the share market. How are these people so incapable of understanding even the most basic things?
