These online folks are just straight funneling their money into some oruroboros of drifting and sadness.

Yeah, there's a bunch of self-diagnosed "disabled" people who do the same thing but don't claim trans identity, "healthy at any size" is another group with a lot of them. But that is really common like way above statistical baseline common, just like vice versa because it's about accumulating points for your build.
