I am currently jousting with my company to try and get a promotion so I can afford to actually, like, live, so I can't exactly sign on for a strike right now or I'm fucked.

But on the "plus" side, if they don't give me the promotion they've promised me in the next week or so, I'm going to bail on the company anyways, so I'll happily sign the document then if it happens. But I work for a nonprofit so it's not like going on strike is really going to matter either way.
