It's usually Democrats on social media fantasizing about Canada joining the states for the electoral votes and it's annoying as fuck when they do it. And all the Canadian Era types going "Do Something!" right now act like emotional support animals when the call is coming from the American blue team.
Really the Canadian eras are just doing the usual Era social hierarchy thing now that they have the power on the forum. This will pass.
