I checked to confirm but don't want to read this thread. The professor is Jason Stanley, who doesn't "study" fascism and never has, his book about it never even went into historical fascism at all. He thinks "fascism" is when you say other people are bad, which means he's a fascist. He's a complete hack who made his name as a Twitter #resistance warrior claiming to be an expert as he fought with people on Twitter all day everyday until he finally shut his account because of Elon or something and nobody heard from him again until now.
