It's been almost 24 hours and we've barely talked. Initially I made it clear to her that I wasn't giving her the silent treatment but might need a little space. I'm a pretty quiet guy naturally, especially during the workday, so that's been misunderstood before. She appreciated that and originally said she needed space to "cool off" and would let me know when she's over it. She went on a drive and walk after that for about an hour, then at the end of my workday I went out to get coffee and breakfast as well as some groceries (I had no appetite all day from the stress), and then I went out with some friends for dinner after they broke their fast for Ramadan. She seemed a little bothered by that, asking if I made those plans recently, but I'd been trying to hang out with them for a few weekends now and this was the first time we were all available.
In all this time we've still had our minor interactions (letting her know I'm going out, asking if she needs anything while I'm up, saying "Love you" while heading out the door, letting me know I had a cut on the back of my head and telling me to clean it) but no prolonged interaction. I let her know that she can take her time, and whether she wants to talk or needs more time to herself I fully understand.
Overall, I'm still really concerned about our relationship but much less stressed out than yesterday. It helps that I got a pretty significant opportunity at work to step up and take on a new role, so I'm trying to focus on that and getting some exercise in to calm my mind. Again, thank you so much everyone for taking the time and energy to converse with me about this.
