I find this honor system way of doing things in US institutions fascinating. The entire idea of the republic seems to depend on a leader and their party choosing not to throw decorum out of the window.

I mean, wow.

That's what happens when said honor system is created by white colonizing men that never expected whites to not fully rule.

No system has a "what if everyone agrees to not follow the system" clause you fucking idiots.
