It was a visceral comment. I’m sorry that sometimes I want to express this without getting in a fight (that I got I anyway).

Zelensky in the White House gets ambushed and some reasonable member like nachobro say: good.  

Trump and Bukele fellatio each other and admit that don’t care about their own citizens well being. I got mad remembering that incident.  

That’s my whole perspective about it.

I wasn't referring to you. You replied to the post you had an issue with (as did others), that's more than fine that's ideal. You didn't post some nebulous "you're all Trump cock suckers here" or "you guys are constantly posting bigotry" that we get and that Blueball served up that Doc seemed to be agreeing with. People come in and whine about "everybody" doing this or that while never actually calling out the things they're whining about, then tar everyone with the accusation. It's cowardly shit like ResetERA.com members constantly bitching about how their forum is so racist and transphobic and the staff are Zionist fascists and so on while never in their life daring to actually confront the people they supposedly are disagreeing with that are apparently all over the place. We had it all the time on the OG and it was the claimed reason so many people fled to the Discord.

I know I harp on this. There's a difference between coming into the thread, seeing the last page is half about anime or whatever and posting "you guys are all pedophiles" and these other accusations that have nothing to do with the actual discussion that occurs. The Trump stuff is this. Even Nintex has been critical of Trump the last couple months, otherwise this forum has essentially no Trump supporters. From time to time someone says he's right about something or less bad than something else, and that's it, which shouldn't be objectionable from a general standpoint. But we regularly get posts accusing everybody here of dismissing concerns/downplaying something/etc. because we're being too rational and non-hysterical about something.

I believe this to almost always be true: a person who wants you outraged, and especially if they want you panicking, is attempting to manipulate you. It's just pathetic when they can't even articulate what action they want you to take.

edit: The reason these kinds of accusations are additionally bad is because it's not something anyone else can discuss. It just devolves into people throwing around accusations and asserting they're one of the good ones.
