My understanding is that if you are passing, and someone treats you like a woman because they think you are one, then you (the passing woman) would be subject to protections in that case. Ex: "I'm demoting you because I want a man in the sales position and you are a beautiful and sexy woman
".
I don't think it means if you pass, then you have to be put into the sex space you pass as....? Which would contravene the core of the ruling, I expect.
