If I'm misunderstanding what's happening here, I'm sorry, but I assure you I have no intention of spreading misinformation. Falkner's the one saying this will be the 'law of the land'. Attributing it directly to Labour as opposed to her is indeed my bad, though.

The reason I originally posted it non-sourced and attributed to Labour is because that's how it was shared with me, by people who very much have a personal stake in all this.

The same users as usual have the same goals of making sure to defend Labour at all cost, even at pain of their own personal rights. They're going to try to run you out of this forum, never an ally for trans people when it gets down to it, for having the gall to say something about it and will look for the tiniest opening to dogpile you and use weasel words to hide behind. They could easily offer you the benefit of the doubt but they won't, as you've seen already.

Don't let them get to you.
