What's the difference between "white people voice" and "racist white people voice"? Assuming he wasn't just randomly throwing out slurs, because that would just be "being racist", not "speaking with a racist voice". How do you have to sound, without doing or saying anything racist, that indicates to people that you are definitely racist? Can you sound specifically racist, as in "from the way this guy speaks he definitely hates asian people but is okay with black people, despite not actually saying anything that would indicate this"?
Why can't these people be normal? Do they not realise that their attempts at virtue signaling make them seem like turbo racists?
