These people all confuse normative and descriptive descriptions or ought with is. They read a moral content into it, a condemnation or praise. So saying cishets are the default is praising them and saying anything different is bad and needs to be wiped out. Hence why they all think just merely identifying as "queer" is a badge of pride that shows how good of person you are.

It's as if they never got over the appeal to nature fallacy. Instead of teaching kids why it's a fallacy it's somehow preferable to create a make believe version of nature that supports their worldview
