I'm seeing people say "you obviously didn't read the article" but eh...I've got no motive to click that fitness article fellas. If it's about the weirdo hyper masculine pseudoscience shit going on with some right wing bros who only eat meat or clearly do steroids (like RFK Jr) then sure I get it. But if it's just "man these guys sure love working out" ehh....we're back to the nonsense about exercise being a wing of white supremacy huh.
Kinda goes back to my entire point about so much of this stuff is really designed to harm black people. What incentive is there to tell the people who die of heart disease/hypertension/high cholesterol/etc more than anyone else on the planet (percentage wise) that working out and eating healthy is white shit, or bad? Beyond lying to people to make them feel better, what is the motive behind claiming obese people are no less healthy than active people? What's the end game here, who benefits?
