Nah, 90s and entertainment is a rare case of "everything was better back then". Agreed, OP. Even the shows that I considered "mid" back then, would be top tier compared to nowaday tv shows. Comedy, mystery, scifi, fantasy, cartoons, you name it. Creators were so daring and adventurous. I miss the offensive humor of Al Bundy, I miss watching The Cosby Show as a little white German kid and I miss associating great cartoons with US-shows and not anime.
