Like...The name of the 'staurant is synonymous with homophobia, and has been for years. I don't understand how people cheerfully chat about eating there as if it's Burger King or Popeyes. If I was from the US and ate at CFA, I wouldn't tell a soul in case they thought I was a Trump supporter.

Every LGBTQ friend I have eats there. Most people don't care.

And you can be a good person who cares about others and still eat at CFA. You can be a good person and still use modern electronics. You can be a good person and still listen to Michael Jackson or read Harry Potter. Are we really still doing this stupid shit? My own personal protests don't have to be yours. And vice versa. ignorance is the best case excuse for a queer individual supporting a christian conservative company that uses its money to lobby for the extermination of them and their peers.

My cousin and his husband are not self hating, they are simply a religious couple who love CFA food. My wife's high school friend is gay and owns a campground near a CFA, he isn't self hating for having a friendly and beneficial partnership with his local CFA, heck they even have adverts for his campground plastered all over the CFA.

Who the hell are you, or anyone else, to believe it's your place to call someone else "self-hating"? We constantly talk about the importance of mental health yet we also have a ton of users who have no problem passing judgment on others who they've never met, not giving a damn about the mental health repercussions of telling a stranger "You ate at CFA, you're a horrible person who I will now ignore you forever!" The experts aren't wrong, social media is a fucking cesspool, and we see it proven out here constantly.

Or maybe most people don't take life so seriously. Almost every company in America is doing something that you will strongly disagree with. Jeff Bezos pretty much did everything but blatantly support Donald Trump, but people are still going to buy from Amazon while canceling their WaPo subscriptions and pretending that means anything to him.
