I never got the appeal, let's say you want a phallus. Well there is a strap-on for that. Easy solution. If your partner prefers a tight hole there is always the backdoor. It seems to me that losing your ability to orgasm or having a gaping wound that you need to dillate daily is just not worth the trade.
