I'm both extremely conservative and extremely pro-2A and I agree with this.

Biden is correct in that it's very rare for someone to be prosecuted for how they filled out their NICS background check paperwork, unless there were extenuating circumstances - such as a straw purchase.

That said, the NICS check shouldn't exist in the first place.

"Shall not be infringed" means just that.

Also a very fun time for that account to pop up. 1 post in 2017 and the rest in the last week.
