If you're nonbinary, you don't adhere to gender norms, so you shouldn't care to which prison you're being sent to, right?
But I guess they expect all nonbinaries to be sent to women's prison, for reasons.
The non-binary thing seems to really bias the convenience of choice. See: Nepenthe a "non-binary" individual who presents as a woman because being a 4'11 man is probably going to come with its own set of challenges and obstacles she'd rather not deal with, so she chooses not to.
