Many, many years ago I got a blue light panel thing. I tried it for a couple weeks. Something like 15 minutes in the morning you sit there looking like Doctor Manhattan. You’re supposed to feel awake and energized. Didn’t do anything for me.
My alarm clock at home also has a bright orange-yellow light meant to mimic sunrise. Slightly effective? But I was too lazy to set the alarm with buttons and used my phone.
Now apparently red light is meant to be good for recovery. Or face aging for women. I don’t know. It’s magical or something.
