Sometimes I wonder if the people we talk about (melody, echoes) are genuinely mentally not there at all.

Most of those deals would sell out within 2 or 3 days easily at least for PlayStation and Switch. 
The instant they went live the sites would be hammered.

My bro told me GTA6 standard edition will probably be $99 and other publishers will try to match that with their games too.

I used to be part of the crowd that had to buy games on day one. Mind you this is when digital copies were pretty much non existent for a lot of games, specifically DS and Wii games, even some PS3 games as well.

Nowadays if I'm going to play it I buy it. If it's a game I'm on the fence about, I just wait for a sale or wait until I actually want to play the game down the road. The idiots on ReeeeEra probably spend a fortune on sales when a better one is just a couple months away.

I'm hoping eventually there is a bundle with the three games together. Knowing Square Enix, it's really a 50/50 chance right now. The price for DQ3HD is quite high. I have the Switch versions of 1-3 that SE put out a few years ago, think they were like $10 a piece.

It's baffling though how they port certain games like Crystal Chronicles but not the FF13 trilogy. I'm not complaining for the Crystal Chronicles remaster, I'm glad for it, I just wish Square was more consistent with what they are remastering. The FF13 games can only be played backwards compatible on the Xbox One X and Series X, the original games on the PS3 and the shitty PC ports. Dirge of Cerberus would be a cool remaster, as long as the price is lower.
