I get where you're coming from on this, so I'll try and explain where I'm coming from myself: From the way you've sometimes approached these subjects before in threads like this and having adverse reactions to even innocent criticisms / kneejerk lumping them in with bigots, I'm sure you can see why it most immediately comes across as shaming of the whole thread. Especially when it's kept a vague post rather than specifically replying to / condemning any particular posts and combating them directly, which is what most people tend to do when they feel they see such things. It's what I usually do, at least. 😛

If I am wrong, and I honestly do hope I am, you may want to be more clear with the way you post in the future, at least imo. It absolutely can have a negative effect in terms of the atmosphere of discussion. But that's just my feedback, again, and I hope you have a good one. I certainly don't think you hold deliberate ill intent.
