Thinking

Apropos of nothing, anyone remember when a forum admin posted a dog whistley anti semitic post about the "collective nation of jews", then got explicitly anti-semitic posts from their personal social media exposed, and it was the people exposing that who got banned under the pretense they didn't kow-tow by handing over adminstrative access to an unrelated discord?

But that's none of my business...

Didn’t know about the social media post, what did it say? Same with the discord drama.

You'll remove them... that's good... I'm proud of you Mark

The Indians don't really give a fuck if there is a hole or a bowl right. You know it's interesting how that'll save you a lot in plumbing actually but don't forget to open a window or it'll be your personal vietnam

The problem is it's never good enough for these people. If you throw in a Black guy then somebody's going to ask why there's no Chinese guy.
Before you know it, a rural Bohemian village looks like the UN.

The guy who made the claim on twitter was - Shocked Pikachu misquoted by journalists - because he actually said there was a $6billion deficit gap as a result of covid to stop things getting worse.
The actual costs to stop world hunger are something like $40 billion a year every year for the next decade, assuming nothing else happens to make things worse.

As for the inherent 'problem' that a side effect of capitalism is that ultimately your value in society boils down to a transferable wealth value; so what?
What would be better?
Your visible commitment to the ruling ideology?
Your personal status with the ruling elites?

Under capitalism, your useless unemployable lazy fat cunt child can be entirely mitigated by spending your own monetary surplus on top of whatever gundams they can eBeg or perform depraved sexual acts for online.
If their value to society is what they can actually produce for the benefit of that society, that lazy fat unemployable cunt is going to the mines to inevitably die.

For fun here is the diversity in the WI county i live in per wikipedia...
2020 census
33,647 people
The racial makeup of the county was
98.14% White,
0.26% Black or African American,
0.21% Native American,
0.29% Asian,
0.36% from other races,
and 0.75% from two or more races.

0.97% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. 31.9% were of German, 20.3% Swiss, 14.9% Norwegian, 6.7% Irish, 5.7% English and 5.5% American ancestry. 96.5% spoke English, 2.0% German and 1.1% Spanish as their first language. (More people here speak German than Spanish)

The little town I live in (pop 998) has the racial diversity of Mayberry and this is in 2025. The closest thing we have to a minority are the Amish. I see more way more Amish/Mennonites than all minorities combined. I lived in LA for awhile and when I'd describe my childhood some people would look at me like I was from another planet or a different time. They were shocked to learn that some people rely on deer hunting and freezing the meat to feed their families. (Most are unaware of how much meat can be harvested)

And if you want to hear a little bit about reverse racism, I've seen "minorities" laugh at the Amish/Mennonites while in their shops. I know some are trying to be nice and all but they'll stop right on their property to get out and take pictures. Unless they have a store and are selling things they're not a prop to take pictures with. I really feel bad for the kids because they try and keep the schools off the beaten path but people will try and find them because they think the Amish kids are so cute and make for great pictures. Talk about being treated like a zoo exhibit. Rant over.

To answer to the question, why does he have his hand on his gun? It's probably because he's got one of those holsters where the gun sits in it so it's not easily grabbed by someone else. And when you get out of a car sometimes you want to make sure it's in there right and didn't pop out cuz you've been sitting down. Or he's an asshole and just wants to intimidate. But I've carried a gun and a lot of times I just would rest my hand on it because it's like checking to see if you got your keys with you. I was always paranoid about losing my gun which is a good thing so I was always putting my hand on it just to make sure it was still there and I didn't leave it in the toilet while I was taking a shit. lol

Yes, and that's how you know it's not about world hunger - because attacking world hunger has been successfully progressing through the years, and while not completely solved, we are on an obvious trajectory toward eradicating it and it's obvious this has only happened under the current economic system, so they're not *really* interested in world hunger.  What these people actually believe is that a system of forced mass redistribution of wealth is necessary because certain races are too stupid to compete and attain their own foothold in global capitalism to prosper.  They say it themselves, the system is completely incompatible with certain groups of people and when they tell you why, they use vague obfuscating language - "systemic barriers", "historical injustices", and "inherent biases" within capitalism make it impossible for these groups to achieve economic prosperity on their own - and those aspects are immutable and seemingly are impossible to remove and solve, they never have a concrete plan to remove them, or they have no way to measure if there is progress toward removing them.  Yet they're always perpetually there to explain everything for all time.  And then there are people like Nepenthe who just go one step further and say these problems can't ever be solved in the current system (why? more vague, bullshit language).  They're just as cynical and racist as the average race essentialist neonazi when it comes to the prospects of certain groups and nations achieving prosperity.  One aspect of global capitalism that can be argued is detrimental for a nation's development is 'brain drain' - the flight of talent from poor places to places where skilled people can get paid better.  This is countered with the opportunities of global investment into emerging markets - a real lack of 'privilege' would be the lack of capital in places with real talent and skill to produce wealth and value. But they never argue against that brain drain on the same grounds of the other critiques of global capitalism because they want representation of certain groups as successful in their nations, and that representation to add to the diversity of their country.  Nor do they argue against the capitalist system's tendency to be good at scouring for opportunities to invest in poor places and build them up - they lament the lack of money flowing in. They want successful representatives to increase the cultural, political, and economic cache of their in-group, even in the event of brain drain, and will lament the lack of capitalist money that would foster domestic industry and talent in the nations they don't live in, but their in-group still reside.  It's incompatible with their philosophy, but the one constant is that the push for wealth redistribution from the affluent into their own communities is not underpinned by any nuanced or coherent ideology,it just reflects a cynical and opportunistic form of race-essentialist power-seeking that every other racist ethnonarcissist on earth engages with.  Hitler didn't think the Jews were subhuman, he scapegoated them as an explanation of every problem because they were such a successful member that threatened his in-group.   Same shit.  Different day.

It's a good strategy. I pretended to be looking at cigarettes or something.
