There's a dark reality that general operational jobs, from flight control to train management, are full of craftsmanship arts that have been lost to the current academia/skill system that favors profiting debt over results, predicts a dark comical downfall. This is an observation that exists on Douglass Murray's works and I know the likes of Musk understand. The Golgafrinchan B Ship problem.

The B ship is a two lesson tale. A productive planet has two productive elements, the designers and the builders. In between are a group who aren't productive enough to be builders and not smart enough to be designers. In a failing society, this B group becomes midwits, HR management, and just generally pushers of paper or gossip, resulting in a low qualification for entry level standard. In fact, things get so messed up that even the qualifier couldn't quantify what the qualities needed are for the job they hiring the public to fill. It is simply a role that exists to be filled with no grander purpose.

I am not saying air traffic controllers are a low capability job. They are not. But the issue is the falling standards trend to cascade into the jobs that exist between the barriers of produce and design what to produce. Bridges are designs, Builders build the bridge. Someone must maintain the bridge to prevent tragedy. That maintain space is where the B ship people occupy space, relying on A group and C group competence to carry them through. And they will continue to do that until time wears down the original feat because the B ship people end up doing nothing.

I haven't explained the Adams analogy, so I'll backtrack. I'm doing this very late in the post, because I want to see who cares. In Guide to the Galaxy, there is a story of a planet/people known as the Golgafrinchan, who are largely divided into two groups. Group A is the designers, the genius and the thinkers. Group C is the builders, the very productive people who hold up the designs and workforce needed. And then there's group B. Group B is just the what-is-neither. At a point in time of this planet, it is decided a great calamity is to come, so the Group A people design an escape ship, which the group C people build. It is a success. The first escape ship to leave, because of logistics, is the spaceship full of group B people. There are two more space ships to build and the group B people aren't largely involved in the project.

So the B ship lifts off into space. Shortly after the group B ship departs, it is announced that the entire planet has been wiped out by a virus that exists on public telephones that weren't being cleansed and cleaned because group B left. The first group to leave the planet is then the downfall. They B ship floats through space, and the ship is so well designed and built, they float through space merrily until finding a new planet. This is my rough summary of the story. The B ship is what the characters of the story end up on.

There is two ways to read this story. One, is that the B ship people are a useless and burdening weight, so the A group designs a false extinction scenario in order to create a giant ship that gets them off the planet and out of the way. In this scenario, the phone virus is a false story that gets everyone from ever coming back to the planet because of the danger of "phone flu" and it keeps the shitty B people elements out of the way of actual progress. The second way of seeing this is not forgiving but chastising, which is that the B ship people did serve a needed purpose, but were adeptly shit at doing it. The virus was real, but completely eliminating the group because 90% was useless then eliminates the highly valuable 10% of maintainers that are useful.

Because within every group A or B or C, represents the distribution that creates Groups A, B, C.

This is why non-merit practices like DEI can completely corrupt and fail a system even if the boss is whomever. They cripple the overall design which weeds out the grouping within grouping.

Good job dems, you made me regret voting for you this last cycle. All this evidence of local governments, religious groups, and law enforcement protecting known murderers and rapists is disturbing. I'm not naive enough to think this stuff didn't happen, but the scale, hubris and organization of those involved is sickening.

In IL local governments weren't letting LEOs remove illegals charged with felonies from their homes if they didn't open the door or it was outside of daylight hours. ???  Those charged with serious felonies would just stand behind a screen door and laugh at them when they tried to make an arrest. They have more rights than us. If we are wanted they will rip our asses outta the house.

Unfortunately, that Haitian yelling about how he loved Biden and the Democrats while being deported was real. The reality is that there are far too many criminals who are allowed to stay, enabling them to commit additional offenses.. And worse part is these dipshits let them do it on our dime, by giving them cash cards and free housing.

That's the problem with illegal migration, it's a slippery slope if you send the signal that you don't prosecute crimes. It attracts the worst people. The Democrats don't understand that.
Why wouldn't dumb fucks rape, loot and murder if there are no consequences for their actions.

Don't worry darling your rapist got a free crackpipe and a condom, his culture is just different than ours Trumps

Just to counterbalance all my anti-immigration rhetoric here's a pro tip......

If you're here and from South of the border, don't drive around in a vehicle with three or more people. That's one of the things that'll draw LEO's attention if they're looking for immigrants. They'd rather bust a car with lots of illegals than waste their time on just one guy.

The trade wars have begun, just like in the phantom menace. :v Honestly, I feel like Canada had it coming a little bit. They've always acted kind of uppity to Americans, bragging about their universal healthcare and how they're half french and more cultured and everything.  Canadacry

It’s pretty amazing to see some of the international programs America was funding. Can’t help but feel patriotic knowing my taxes went to teaching Laos about docking.

https://nypost.com/2025/01/31/us-news/faa-embroiled-in-lawsuit-alleging-it-turned-away-1000-applicants-based-on-race/
Quote:The Federal Aviation Administration is fighting a class-action lawsuit alleging it denied 1,000 would-be air traffic controllers jobs because of diversity hiring targets — as it was revealed that staffing levels were “not normal” at the time of this week’s deadly midair collision.

Quote:The crux of the lawsuit is that the FAA, under the Obama administration, dropped a skill-based system for hiring controllers and replaced it with a “biographical assessment” in an alleged bid to boost the number of minority job applicants.

The would-be air traffic controller, who graduated from Arizona State University’s collegiate training initiative in 2013, was turned down for a job even though he had scored 100% on his training exam, the lawsuit alleges.

Quote:The understaffing resulted in a controller pulling double duty — overseeing helicopters while also guiding arriving and departing planes on the busy airport’s runways, according to the report, which added that the responsibilities are typically split between two controllers.

The airport’s air traffic control facilities have a history of staffing shortages — with only 19 fully certified controllers on deck as of September 2023, according to Congress’ Air Traffic Controller Workforce Plan report.

That's the actual correct angle to pursue on that issue.

Some people didn't get their marching orders in time and are frothing at the mouth about the Army pilot being a woman and gay instead lol.

This past week I haven't supported Trump's blaming DEI without evidence on the crash. That said, many jobs have opened up and I'm taking advantage.

I need every Dem shill to watch this. They also cater to the homeless on our dime.

Quote:NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte agreed with US President Donald Trump regarding Greenland, particularly on the issue of defense, Bild reports.

"When it comes to defense in the Arctic, Trump is right. What I think is very good is that the Prime Minister of Denmark immediately began negotiations with President Trump. Essentially, it was about the high relevance of defense in the far north," he said.

According to Rutte, this applies not only to Greenland but also to Iceland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Canada.

"We all need to work together to protect these territories. And Trump is right," emphasized the NATO Secretary General.

Bask in American might, libs. As usual, wrong about everything.

We are living in the times of a historical Presidency. The stuff of Lincoln or Washington. Be grateful. Figures like Clinton or Obama thought history would remember them. No, it's The Don that history will remember.

Canada joining USA feels inevitable. Barely any of Canada is settled. Most of it is south along the USA border, they rely on us, we share so much culture, many Canadian's already own homes in USA anyways. In this tweet it covers that the old world post War hegemony is gone and in that environment I don't see why Canada doesn't join us as it would be mutually beneficial. Imagine what a America would be or could do if we added Canada and Greenland and Puerto Rico. We would have the majority of North America's continent and be utterly without unstoppable defensively.

Imagine if Canada helped USA create a viable universal healthcare. Bruh. Do you see the vision?!
