Sorry for bursting all your eardrums here but since I'm in a bit of a prehistoric mood I want to talk about two of my favourite prehistoric animals, the Sinomacrops and Revueltosaurus, aka two of the single most cutest animals to every live and that is not up for debate!

The above is Sinomacrops, a smol (could fit in your palm) Pterosaur from the mid to late Jurassic in what is now China. They were part of a small family frog jawed Pterosaurs called the Batrachognathinae, a subgroup of the Anurognathidae and was likely an insectivore... AND THEY ARE SO ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like Tupandactylus and Tapejara are always going to be my favourite Pterosaurs, but they are so adorable!!!! Their like like a kid animal sidekick from a Children's fantasy movie come to life!!!


This cat sized late Triassic Pseudosuchia is Revueltosaurus, a herbivore that ate mostly ferns (The Triassic was full of herbivore false croc, part of why the Triassic is the best period of Earth Pre-history and no that is also not up for debate either!!!) and Oh my fucking Lilith are they so fucking cute!!! I just want to pick them up and give them a great big hug and then give them a bowl full of the most delicious ferns they've ever had!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH They look like the pet an amazing super villainess would be petting while she laughed so perfectly about the heroes falling into her trap!

I wish they were alive today! I'd want them as pets! I would want them to be happy!!!!!!!!!!
