My grandfather and dad used to play marbles for keeps and shoot dice back in the 30s and 50s. Kids "gamble" all the time. The big diffence is the $$$. Kids now can get into more trouble but I don't think kids are more inclined to fall for gambling now.

Yeah I'm not sure about this one. I watched the whole video, I'm sure the delivery drivers did do something bad to upset her so much, but we're missing the context at the start, and she's coming across as far more aggressive throughout the video. She could have walked away at any point, reported it to the police, she had their plates. She followed them around for a good 15 minutes and wouldn't let them leave, the pepper spray part wasn't caught on video and it was her who got up close to the delivery driver before the body cam was knocked off.

Imma say everyone is in the wrong here.

Don't get me wrong. Civil War was a well made film with some solid performances. But the murky politics were disappointing. If you are making a Civil War film set in modern America, you need to have a clear statement to make.

If there is ever a Civil War 2.0 in America, it would likely be a rural vs. urban fight rather than state vs. state. But if it is a state battle, the chances of Texas and California teaming up are less than 0. And then they threw in the "Florida alliance" to muddy it up more, but in reality, Florida would be fighting for fascism right next to Texas while California would hopefully oppose it. They also turned the president into a comical figure instead of a frightening fascist leader, and no one in the film even knows who they are fighting or why. What side were the militia on who killed people who weren't "American" enough? Probably on the president's side, but they may have been an independent group. Who knows. The idea of everyone fighting without knowing why doesn't work in a Civil War film imo. Say something.

Trans people have a tough fight, and  yes, it can be easy to say that it's just dudes in drag or whatever, but to denigrate their fight to nothing less than other civils rights is just spitting in their faces. 

It would help if you, and everyone else who says their civil rights are being denied, actually articulated what rights they are being denied.

Please, if you outline that, I might find it easier to agree. Until then, I can see no rights that I have that they are being denied.

I assume the verified Serebii account is the guy who runs that site. I don't know much about modern Pokemon but it's unbelievable that someone who runs a website as widely used as Serebii is so comfortable being publicly hostile towards users on an open forum over disagreements over the most milquetoast series of video games. How do you not understand it's a bad look to interact with fans this way? Especially because he claims to be in touch with GameFreak.
