Turns out vandalizing the cars that have 9 cameras on them makes it really easy to get caught.

Attempted to burn down a building with workers inside, seems like something a Palestinian would do. Terroristic activity.

The Elon Musk fanboy act is getting annoying at this point.

(And yes, Benji, he is an Elon fanboy)

If you know nothing of U.S. law maybe look it up.

Answer me why you think they are terrorists beyond conservative talking point.

How do you prove that the want intimidate civilians?

Elon Musk is still considered a civilian and not in a proper government job.

I will be content with that rather than saying “terrorism” because papa Elon wants it.

First, I wasn't making a judgment on whether I thought they were terrorists. I'm quoting the law for those that don't know.

Second, you're going to have to get some way to translate what I posted about the law. Evidently there's some language barrier. I've seen people say that this isn't your first language because it's pretty clear why people are burning Teslas. It's not for fun.

Third, musk's position doesn't have anything to do with this.

I’m not talking about Smasher situation (I’m expecting good paid in a non profit) but the notion that strikes always end the same or are for “chicken little reasons”. That is a huge judgmental post.

I get what are you saying but, how do you prove they are trying to influence through terror? given that Elon murky status as a federal employee. Some of your courts couldn’t decide what it means in the context of the lawsuits from federal workers.

Legit question. What makes this different from rioters destroying McDonalds or Starbucks beyond putting people in danger at times.

Why is the unelected government contractor have so much to say in government policies and structure? If it doesn’t matter, why is considered terrorism that arson acts has been done in his private business and sold products?

When you blow up cars to make a political statement (musk is a Nazi) or to coerce a population to align with your political position (do not buy teslas and support the Nazi) that is pretty clear cut terroristic behavior in the US.

Maybe in Mexico your cartels get away with a slap on the wrist for that kind of shit but here we feed you to the feds.

Hope that clears it up.

My man, if you found this tone aggressive then I can see where our problem is. Maybe I'm speaking too directly. I'm not sure. I have worked in law enforcement so I'm just kind of stating facts back and forth. I'm not really making value judgments even though you seem to think I am or it's coming across that way.

In the United States you only need probable cause to arrest someone. Law enforcement officers don't have to prove on the spot anything ,they only need "probable cause". That's why I said if you 've been following what's happening with Tesla, people are not lighting things on fire to stay warm. They're sending a political message, hence the terrorism charge.

And to answer your question, burning down a McDonald's for the same reasons, I would hope they would be charged with domestic terrorism too. I'm not for applying the law unequally to individuals. I feel like I have to state everything so you don't misconstrue it. Maybe it'll clear things up.

And your last question about musk. I have no idea what his position is or the legalities or Doge or any of that other stuff. I just wanted to jump in with the legal definition so people know what we're talking about. I guess you think because I posted that I think they're guilty. So repeat again. I'm stating it only as information not as a judgment.

Yes, I’m happy that the government here don’t prosecute narco terrorists. Rolleyes (I agree with Trump with this one Trumps )

Is totally the same killing and hanging a bunch of people in the highway to demand the resignation of mayors and governors, to young idiots vandalizing overpriced cars.

I love organized crime enabled by an hyper corrupt government and I’m glad the USA is going this way political wise. But that's none of my business...

if you wanted to be charitable and technical, this is true

it's not relentlessly buggy, it's just not fun

like, you could make a very polished game about watching paint dry, and the game would not be "broken," it would just be boring as shit

what I find interesting about Starfield is how much it is honestly a modern Daggerfall, and how bad of a decision that is for modern player sensibilities...Daggerfall was also about "fast traveling" (teleporting) to specific procedurally-generated spots to do some work there and then teleporting back to the quest giver to turn it in, it was also massive and empty with little to do, a promise of "living a life" and freedom without delivering on it in an exciting way

also, Daggerfall actually was broken in a way that Starfield is not

I just find it interesting that it's like this 1996 game design got stuck in the mind of Bethesda like a virus and had to be allowed to crawl out to put it to rest
